Job Description

We are looking for a qualified Chartered Accountant with strong expertise in Accounts, Finance, and Reporting to join our team as Senior Executive Accounts & Finance . This role involves working closely with global subsidiaries (USA) and offers an excellent opportunity to grow in an international finance environment.
Key Responsibilities:

Preparation of monthly P&L, Balance Sheet, and Cash Flow Statements along with detailed MIS analysis.

Ensure timely month-end closure and reporting .

Handle Inventory and Fixed Assets accounting & reporting .

Collaborate with US Tax consultants on Federal & State Tax matters.

Support the Budgeting process and financial planning for the entity.

Coordinate and manage Quarterly & Year-end Statutory Audits .

Ensure compliance with US GAAP and internal policies.

Drive process automation initiatives within the finance function.

Assist the Financial Controller and contribute to overall team success.
Required Skills:

Strong analytical and problem-solving ability.

Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.

Highly detail-oriented and organized.

Effective time management and ability to prioritize tasks.

Critical thinking and adaptability.
Candidate Requirements:

Chartered Accountant (CA) with 23 years of experience in:

FP&A within a manufacturing company, OR

Statutory Audit with a reputed CA firm.

Working knowledge of SAP preferred.

Candidates from the Mumbai Metropolitan Region (MMR) will be preferred.
