Location: Kochi Infopark/ SH Highway Ahmedabad Working Days: Monday to Friday & Alternate Saturdays Shift Timing: 8:30 PM to 5:30 AM (Night Shift) Employment Type: Full-time Job SummaryWe are looking for a qualified Chartered Accountant (CA) Fresher with strong English communication skills and a keen eye for detail. The ideal candidate should be well-versed in accounting principles, financial analysis, and compliance, and must be willing to work in the night shift supporting international operations. Key Responsibilities Manage and oversee daily operations of the accounting department. Prepare and analyze financial statements, reports, and forecasts. Ensure timely completion of monthly, quarterly, and annual closing activities. Handle statutory audits, tax audits, and ensure compliance with applicable laws. Coordinate with internal and external stakeholders for reporting and audits. Review and reconcile general ledger accounts and bank statements. Support budgeting, forecasting, and variance analysis processes. Maintain accuracy and integrity of financial data across systems. Communicate effectively with international clients and management teams. Required Qualifications Qualified Chartered Accountant (CA) Fresher. 03 years of post-qualification experience in accounting. Excellent verbal and written communication skills in English. Strong analytical, problem-solving, and organizational abilities. Proficiency in MS Excel, Tally, and/or ERP systems. Knowledge in QuickBooks is an added advantage. Willingness to work in the night shift.
