About the Role:

We are seeking a Senior Event Coordinator to join our prestigious convention center. The ideal candidate will be a highly organized, proactive professional with extensive experience in event management, client coordination, and team leadership. You will be responsible for planning, executing, and managing events to ensure exceptional client satisfaction and seamless operations.

Key Responsibilities:

• Plan, coordinate, and execute events from concept to completion.
• Manage client communications, understand requirements, and ensure delivery excellence.
• Develop and maintain strong customer relationships to ensure repeat business and referrals.
• Oversee budget planning, cost control, and vendor management.
• Supervise on-site event operations, ensuring smooth logistics and timely execution.
• Collaborate with internal teams for marketing, business development, and property management.
• Lead and motivate event staff to achieve operational goals and maintain service quality.
• Ensure compliance with safety, legal, and operational standards.
• Prepare event reports and performance reviews for management.

Qualifications & Skills:

• Graduate/Postgraduate
• Minimum 6 years of proven experience in event coordination or hospitality management.
• Excellent communication skills in English and local language.
• Strong leadership, organizational, and multitasking abilities.
• Proficiency in budgeting, scheduling, and client servicing.
• Ability to work under pressure and manage multiple events simultaneously.
