Senior Event Coordinator

As an Event Manager at our company, your primary responsibility will be planning, managing, and executing various events, including corporate, branding, and promotional events. This will entail liaising with clients, vendors, and internal teams to ensure that event objectives are successfully met. You will be tasked with developing budgets, timelines, and creative concepts, as well as coordinating logistics such as venue selection, catering, entertainment, equipment arrangements, and staffing. Additionally, your role will involve ensuring smooth event execution, resolving on-site issues, and conducting post-event reporting, feedback collection, and performance analysis. It is crucial for you to stay updated on industry trends and apply innovative strategies for success in this role. Key Responsibilities: - Plan, manage, and execute various events, including corporate, branding, and promotional events - Liaise with clients, vendors, and internal teams to ensure event objectives are met - Develop budgets, timelines, and creative concepts - Coordinate logistics such as venue, catering, entertainment, equipment, and staffing - Ensure smooth event execution, resolve on-site issues, and conduct post-event reporting, feedback collection, and performance analysis - Stay updated on industry trends and apply innovative strategies Qualifications Required: - Bachelor's degree in Event Management, Marketing, or a related field - At least 3 years of proven experience in managing end-to-end events - Strong leadership, negotiation, and multitasking skills - Excellent communication and client-handling abilities - Proficiency in event management tools/software - Creative problem-solving skills - Experience in branding and corporate events preferred This is a full-time position offering benefits such as health insurance and Provident Fund.
