Job Description

We are looking for a dynamic and experienced Event Coordinator to join our team in Kochi. The ideal candidate should have a strong background in event planning and execution, excellent communication skills, and the ability to manage multiple tasks efficiently.

Key Responsibilities

• Plan, coordinate, and execute events from concept to completion.
• Coordinate with clients, vendors, and internal teams to ensure smooth event operations.
• Prepare event proposals, timelines, and budgets.
• Manage on-ground event setup, production, and logistics.
• Ensure all event deliverables are met as per client expectations.
• Handle last-minute changes and problem-solving during events.
• Maintain proper documentation, reports, and post-event reviews.
• Travel between Bangalore and Kochi when required.

Requirements

• Minimum 3 years of experience in the events industry.
• Strong communication skills in English (fluent) and Malayalam.
• Ability to multitask and work under pressure.
• Good knowledge of event production, vendor management, and logistics.
• Willingness to relocate or frequently travel to Kochi for work.
• Strong organizational and leadership skills.
• Immediate joiner preferred.

Pay: ₹25,000.00 - ₹37,000.00 per month
