Senior Event Coordinator

As an Event Manager at our company, your primary responsibility will be to plan, manage, and execute a variety of events, such as corporate events, branding events, and promotional events. You will be required to collaborate with clients, vendors, and internal teams to ensure that event objectives are achieved. Developing budgets, timelines, and creative concepts, as well as coordinating logistics like venue selection, catering, entertainment, equipment, and staffing will also be part of your role. Additionally, you will be in charge of overseeing event execution, addressing on-site issues, and conducting post-event reporting, feedback collection, and performance analysis. It is essential to stay informed about industry trends and implement innovative strategies for success in this position. Qualifications required for this role include a Bachelor's degree in Event Management, Marketing, or a related field, and a minimum of 3 years of demonstrated experience in managing end-to-end events. Strong leadership, negotiation, and multitasking skills are vital, along with exceptional communication and client-handling abilities. Proficiency in event management tools/software, creative problem-solving skills, and prior experience in branding and corporate events are desirable.
