We are inviting experienced professionals to join our team as an HSPM Engineer, supporting global compliance, sustainability, and regulatory certification functions.

🔍 Job Role: HSPM Engineer

Key Responsibilities

• Lead and manage the Hazardous Substances Process Management (HSPM) framework across semiconductor operations.

• Ensure compliance to global standards including RoHS, REACH, Conflict Minerals, CMRT, CMT, and other restricted-substance regulations.

• Evaluate, validate, and document hazardous substances in semiconductor materials, processes, and final products.

• Collaborate with engineering, procurement, and quality teams for compliance reviews and supplier qualification.

• Prepare declarations, reports, and technical documents requested by global customers.

• Support internal & external audits, environmental assessments, and customer compliance checks.

• Conduct awareness sessions and internal training on HSPM and environmental compliance.

• Maintain statutory, regulatory, and customer-specific compliance documentation.

• Work with suppliers to collect and verify environmental data and restricted-substance declarations.

🎓 Qualification & Experience

• Bachelor’s Degree in Chemical Engineering, or equivalent (Chemistry / Physics / Materials Science).

• 4 – 7 years experience in HSPM / Environmental Compliance / Product Sustainability.

• Minimum 3 years in semiconductor or electronics industry preferred.

• Strong knowledge of global environmental & hazardous substance regulations.

• Excellent written and verbal communication skills.

• Ability to work independently, handle pressure, and interact with global customers.

• High integrity, proactive mindset, and strong cross-functional coordination skills.
