Job Title : Machine Integration Specialist (MES & PAC Middleware Integration)

Location : Sanand, Ahmedabad

Role Overview

The Machine Integration Specialist will be responsible for integrating manufacturing equipment and automation systems with MES and PAC Middleware platforms. The candidate will ensure seamless data communication between machines, production systems, and enterprise applications to support smart manufacturing and digital transformation initiatives.

Key Responsibilities

• Design, implement, and maintain machine integration solutions using Connect MES, PAC Middleware, and related tools.
• Establish reliable communication between machines, RMS, and MOM systems.
• Configure and map data using Map Suite for integration across systems.
• Develop and maintain scripts and interfaces using Java and SQL.
• Support and troubleshoot database connections, perform basic SQL DBA tasks.
• Utilize JMS (Java Messaging Service) for integration and asynchronous communication.
• Implement and maintain SECS/GEM protocols for equipment connectivity and communication compliance.
• Collaborate with automation engineers, MES developers, and IT teams to ensure system reliability and performance.
• Conduct testing, documentation, and validation for each integration deployment.
• Provide technical support, monitoring, and maintenance for integrated systems.

Required Skills and Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Electronics, Automation, or a related field.
• 3–6 years of experience in machine integration within manufacturing environments.
• Strong experience with Connect MES, PAC Middleware, and RMS/MOM systems.
• Good understanding of Map Suite for data mapping and integration.
• Proficiency in SQL and basic DBA tasks.
• Strong knowledge of

  Java scripting and JMS.

• Experience implementing SECS/GEM communication protocols.
• Excellent problem-solving, analytical, and troubleshooting skills.
• Ability to work cross-functionally in a fast-paced manufacturing environment.

Preferred Qualifications

• Must have Experience with

  Industry 4.0 technologies

  and digital manufacturing strategies.
• Must have experience in implementing

  SECS/GEM

  communication protocols in Semiconductor industry.
• Familiarity with OPC, MQTT,REST API and other industrial communication protocols.
• Experience integrating with ERP systems and data historian.
• Preferred working experience on

  Znt PAC System or Other PAC
