Senior Engineer

What You’ll Do

"The primary responsibility of this role is to design and development support to electrical products from Vibration/MBD (Multi Body Dynamics) technology. Individual will be required to partner with global teams located in India, Europe & NA to understand specific design intent; develop and validate structural analysis models to substantiate various engineering designs. Candidate should ensure proper coordination and communication with all stakeholders by following project management best practices. He/She is expected to guide and mentor new incumbents on various vibration/MBD analysis requirements to ensure quality deliverables from team. The incumbent is responsible for handling medium complex to complex projects independently and deliver quality results within stipulated timelines.The candidate should have strong background in vibration/MBD/solid mechanics with thorough understanding of finite element analysis fundamentals. Skills of Digital Twins development, delivering impactful CI tools and vibration analysis will be additionally desired. He/She should proactively look for various opportunities to validate his/her analytical predictions with physical testing to constantly mature DP capabilities. Candidate should act as technical Lead for medium complexity projects.""A. Technology Responsibilities:

• Contribute towards maturing identified technical capabilities aligned to dynamics portfolio
• Work closely with product and analysis experts to Develop and validate digital prototypes to mimic product physics and predict key CTQ’s
• Coordinate with business stakeholders to align on DP maturity focus areas and create necessary Infra proposals
  

B. Program Responsibilities

• Lead assiged business portfolio while managing stakeholder connect and effective workload priortization
• Ensure Analysis First deployment by leading DAP deployment on flagship programs
• Highlight apt technical and schedule risks on assigned medium complex programs and work towards metigating those
  

C. Extended Responsibilities

• Participate in ES-Americas level initiatives and contribute thru solid personal value add
• Drive DfX culture within team by mentoring team members on fundametals
• Provide guidance and technical mentoring to Engineers
• Create valuable IP to expand innovation envelope for organization growth"
  

Qualifications

Master’s degree in Mechanical / Aerospace/ Applied Mechanics from reputed institute4+ Years
