Role Description

This is a full-time hybrid role for a Senior Engineer, based in Faridabad with some flexibility for remote work. The Senior Engineer will oversee the design, development, and implementation of hydropower systems while ensuring they align with company standards and client specifications. Key responsibilities include leading technical assessments, optimizing turbine performance, managing project workflows, and collaborating with cross-functional teams to drive innovation and efficiency. The role also requires adherence to quality standards and involvement in system troubleshooting.

Qualifications

• Deep expertise in Hydropower Systems, including design, installation, and performance optimization
• Proficiency in Technical Analysis, Problem-Solving, and System Troubleshooting
• Project Management skills with experience in workflow coordination and team collaboration
• Strong understanding of Automation and Control Systems within hydropower or energy domains
• Excellent communication and documentation capabilities
• Work experience in renewable energy or hydropower and familiarity with global energy trends is advantageous
• Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Mechanical Engineering, Electrical Engineering, or a related field
