• Knowledge of RCC & Steel design principles 

(IS codes, Eurocodes, ACI, etc.).

• Load calculations (dead, live, wind, seismic).

• Foundation systems (shallow, deep, pile foundations).

• Retrofitting and strengthening techniques.

1. Construction Management

• Building construction methods (residential, commercial, industrial).
• 
  
• Knowledge of formwork, scaffolding, concreting, finishing works.

• Quality control of materials (concrete, steel, blocks, finishes).
• 
  
• Familiarity with MEP (Mechanical, Electrical, Plumbing) coordination.

1. Project Planning & Execution

• Preparing BOQs, cost estimation, tender documentation.

• Work scheduling with MS Project.
• 
  
• Resource allocation and productivity tracking.
• 
  
• Coordination with consultants, Vendor & subcontractor management.
• Should be known to PWD, CPWD, MoRTH - DSR & Specifications.

• Indian Standards (IS codes), NBC (National Building Code).

1. Software Proficiency

• AutoCAD

• Leadership: Dealt with Government officials, Supervise site engineers, contractors, and labor teams.

• Negotiation: Handling vendors and contractors for timelines & costs.

• Knowledge of OHS (Occupational Health & Safety) practices.

• Implementation of site safety protocols (PPE, scaffolding safety, electrical safety).

• Compliance with environmental norms and sustainability practices (green building concepts, waste management).

• 8–15 years of relevant experience (for Senior Engineer).
• BE Civil / BTech Civil Minimum 8 yrs
• Diploma In Civil Engineering Minimum 10 yrs

• Proven track record in delivering medium to large building projects (residential complexes, commercial towers, institutional buildings, Government buildings, industrial sheds).
• 
  
• Ability to handle end-to-end site execution: from excavation to finishing and handover.
