Job Summary
Senior E Commerce Developer (Front End), responsible for working closely with customers, business analysts, and developers to design and engineer solutions leveraging the Salesforce e-commerce applications(Commerce, Service, Marketing and other clouds), Front End Development, and/or other key digital platforms including CMS, PCM, CDP, and CRM technologies and tools to meet customer requirements.They will provide technical oversight and direction for development including:
Lead engineering solutions to our Salesforce e-commerce applications (Commerce, Service, Marketing and other clouds), Front End Development, and/or other key digital platforms including CMS, PCM, CDP, and CRM. Ensures design and development are leverageable across brands/regions.Engineering lead of Agile team(s) working with multiple Kontoor brands and regions. Oversee development including mentoring and coaching developers on architecturally sound solutions that are properly extended and readily upgraded.Establishing and maintaining engineering guidelines including test driven development.Development of complex projects and key components/frameworks.Drive technical process improvements (Dev Ops) to Kontoor’s site release strategy.Manage and attack technical debt and complexity reduction.Ensuring engineering solution design and development are flexible, maintainable, secure, accessible, performant, and enable sharing across brands/regions. Ensure Salesforce and othereCommerce services are extended properly for product leverage and upgradability.Provide eCommerce technical expertise. Implementation of new brands/regions on the Kontoor Digital Platform.Create, communicate, and maintain best practices and coding standards. Hold the development team accountable to follow these best practices through code reviews and codequality analysis.Work Experience
Digital eCommerce engineering experience with Salesforce e-commerce applications (Commerce, Service, Marketing and other clouds), Front End Development, and/or other key digital platforms including CMS, PCM, CDP, and CRM.Hands-on experience with eCommerce / web development technologies and frameworks including: Salesforce Apex, JavaScript, Java, J2EE, HTML, ISML, Node.js, XML, JSON, AJAX,JQuery, Web analytics, CSS, web services (SOAP/REST), YAML, Bootstrap, and key web Frameworks.Experienced with Azure Dev Ops and Continuous Integration / Continuous Developmentprinciples. Experience with Scaled Agile Framework or large scale program management.Experience and working knowledge of secure and accessibility friendly development practicesExperience with JIRA/Confluence and Agile development practicesExperience with SAP S4 and Integration technologies a plusEducation And Certification Requirements
Salesforce Commerce/Marketing/Service Cloud CertificationBachelor's degree in Computer Science/Engineering/Information Systems (or equivalent work experience)Skills Required To Perform This Role.
