Senior Dotnet Core Developer

We're seeking an experienced .NET MVC/Core Developer with a strong foundation in full-stack development and a proven track record of delivering robust, scalable, and secure applications. This is a hands-on development role where your strategic thinking, clean coding, and client communication skills will be equally valued.

Key Responsibilities

• Design, develop, and maintain high-quality software solutions using ASP.NET MVC/Core, C#, and SQL Server.
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams to translate business requirements into scalable technical solutions.
• Own the full SDLC process—from requirement gathering to deployment and support.
• Drive enhancements, resolve bugs, and manage technical upgrades with security and performance in mind.
• Actively participate in architectural reviews, code reviews, and mentorship of junior developers.
• Coordinate directly with global clients, stakeholders, and senior management to ensure clear communication and seamless delivery.
• Take initiative on process improvements and contribute to strategic technical decisions.
• Stay updated with emerging technologies and bring innovative ideas to the table.

Skills & Qualifications

• Bachelor's/Master’s degree in Computer Science, Engineering, or a related technical field.
• 4–7 years of hands-on development experience in an agile environment.
• Must-Have Technical Skills:
• ASP.NET MVC, ASP.NET Core, C#, JavaScript, SQL Server.
• Preferred Front-End Knowledge: Angular, React.js, Vue.js, HTML, CSS.
• Solid understanding of design patterns, data structures, and system architecture.
• Experience with version control and project tracking tools (TFS, Jira, or similar).
• Strong debugging, problem-solving, and optimization skills.

Communication & Collaboration

• Excellent verbal and written communication skills are essential.
• Ability to interact directly with international clients and articulate technical concepts in simple terms.
• Experience leading or mentoring junior developers is a plus.
