Duties and Responsibilities: • Provide direct support & development of the software applications, involving all phases of the software development life cycle (SDLC) for development functions • Client’s Requirements gathering, understanding the requirements, handling client queries. • Managing a team of 2 to 6 Developers. Assigning tasks to each member. Analyzing their performance. • Code system enhancements and collaboration with other system developers (both onshore and offshore) to ensure deliverables adhere to quality security standards, are based on business requirements, and are aligned with the system designs. Verify solutions with seniors and business representatives/analysts. • Code changes are required for bug fixes, security remediations, and obsolete system tools and components. • Participate in the deployment and implementation of new and existing products/applications. • Assist with the generation of technical change orders required by change management. • Coordinating with Senior Management as and when required.
