  • Provide customers with timely updates on delivery statuses.
  • Troubleshoot delays, breakdowns, and unforeseen issues professionally.

Documentation & Regulatory Compliance

  • Verify accuracy of BOLs, PODs, and DVIRs.
  • Ensure compliance with FMCSA, DOT (US) or MTO, CPC (Canada) regulations.
  • Review and update HOS logs and other regulatory documents.

Operational & Team Support

  • Coordinate with warehouse, yard, and shipping departments for smooth pick-up and drop-off scheduling.
  • Report vehicle issues promptly to fleet maintenance teams.
  • Support junior dispatchers and assist in process improvements as needed.

Qualifications (Required):

  • Minimum 3 years of experience in trucking dispatch (company drivers only – not brokerage).
  • Proficient in using ELD, GPS tracking, and TMS software.
  • Familiarity with FMCSA/DOT (U.S.) or MTO/CPC (Canada) regulations.
  • Strong communication skills; ability to multitask in high-pressure environments.
  • Skilled in Microsoft Office Suite, especially Excel for logs and reporting.

Preferred Qualifications:

  • Experience managing dedicated fleets (dry van, reefer, flatbed).
  • Knowledge of cross-border shipping procedures and customs documentation.
  • Leadership experience in dispatch or logistics coordination.

Work Environment:

  • This is a fleet operations role, not a freight brokerage position.
  • Fast-paced, 24/7 dispatch operation – night, weekend, or holiday shifts may be required.
  • Collaborative team environment with high driver and customer interaction.

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: ₹29,000.00 - ₹35,000.00 per month
