Key Responsibilities:

• Plan, develop, and implement comprehensive digital marketing strategies across channels (SEO, SEM, PPC, Social Media, Email Marketing, Content Marketing).
• Lead digital campaigns for brand visibility, lead generation, and customer acquisition.
• Manage and optimize paid campaigns on Google Ads, Meta Ads, LinkedIn, and other ad platforms.
• Oversee SEO strategy including keyword research, on-page/off-page optimization, and performance tracking.
• Develop engaging content calendars (social media posts, blogs, ad copies, email campaigns).
• Analyze campaign performance using Google Analytics, Search Console, and marketing automation tools; provide insights and actionable reports.
• Coordinate with designers, developers, and the sales team for campaign alignment.
• Manage and mentor junior marketing team members.
• Stay updated with latest digital marketing trends, tools, and competitor strategies.
• Achieve set KPIs for leads, conversions, engagement, and ROI.

Requirements:

• Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Communications, or related field (MBA preferred).
• 3–5 years of proven experience in Digital Marketing, preferably in IT/Software industry.
• Strong expertise in SEO, SEM, PPC, Social Media Marketing, and Analytics tools.
• Hands-on experience with Google Ads, Meta Business Suite, LinkedIn Ads, Email Marketing tools, and CRM software.
• Excellent content creation, copywriting, and communication skills.
• Strong analytical mindset with ability to measure and improve performance.
• Leadership qualities and ability to manage a small team.
• Certifications in Google Ads / Analytics / Meta Marketing preferred.
