Job Summary: We’re looking for a creative, trend-savvy, and hands-on Video Content Creator who can ideate, shoot, and edit engaging video content for our fashion brand’s digital platforms . The ideal candidate should be passionate about storytelling, fashion trends, and visual aesthetics — and bring our brand to life through reels, product videos, behind-the-scenes, and campaign content. Key Responsibilities: Plan, shoot, and edit high-quality short-form and long-form video content Develop engaging concepts for Instagram reels, stories, YouTube, and ads Collaborate with stylists, models, and marketing team to execute visual campaigns Capture fashion collections, styling videos, BTS content, customer testimonials, etc. Edit videos with modern transitions, sound effects, text overlays, and trending music Maintain consistency with brand tone, color palette, and video style Stay updated with social media trends, viral formats, and platform algorithms Manage video shoots independently or with a small team (in-studio or on-location) Requirements: 1–3 years of experience in video creation/editing (fashion experience preferred) Proficiency in tools like Adobe Premiere Pro, Final Cut Pro, After Effects, or CapCut Basic knowledge of lighting, composition, and smartphone or DSLR videography Familiarity with Instagram, YouTube Shorts, and TikTok content trends Strong creative and visual storytelling skills Ability to work with fast turnaround times and meet content calendars Bonus (Preferred, Not Mandatory): Experience with fashion brands or working with models/influencers Photography skills for lookbooks or product shoots Knowledge of Canva, Lightroom, or Adobe Photoshop What You’ll Get: Opportunity to build your portfolio with a growing fashion label Creative freedom to experiment with new content formats Flexible working hours (if freelance) A fun, trend-driven, and supportive team environment To Apply: Send your resume, portfolio or Instagram handle, and sample videos to h r@inspitetech.com Subject Line: Application – Video Content Creator (Fashion) Job Type: Full-time Pay: ₹8,000.00 - ₹20,000.00 per month Schedule: Day shift Language: Hindi (Preferred) English (Preferred) Work Location: In person
