We are a fast-growing real estate startup in Bangalore, building impactful brands and driving property sales through innovative marketing strategies. We are seeking a result-driven Senior Digital Marketing Executive to lead our digital initiatives and scale our growth.

Key Responsibilities

• Develop and execute end-to-end digital marketing strategies for property launches and ongoing campaigns.
• Drive lead generation through Google Ads, Meta Ads, SEO/SEM, real estate portals, and social media.
• Optimize campaigns for CPL, ROI, and conversions, ensuring marketing aligns with sales goals.
• Manage and guide creative, content, and performance marketing efforts (in-house/agency).
• Oversee social media presence, content calendars, and brand communication.
• Implement marketing automation (email, WhatsApp, CRM integrations).
• Track performance, analyze metrics, and present insights to leadership.

Requirements

• 3–8 years of experience in Digital Marketing, with at least 2–3 years in real estate marketing preferred.
• Proven expertise in performance marketing, SEO/SEM, and social media campaigns.
• Strong knowledge of analytics tools (Google Analytics, Search Console, CRM dashboards).
• Experience in handling marketing budgets of ₹5–20 lakhs/month.
• Strategic thinker with the ability to execute hands-on in a startup environment.
• Excellent communication, leadership, and analytical skills.
• Based in Bangalore and willing to work from our Cunningham Road office.
