Key Responsibilities

• Plan, execute, and optimize digital marketing campaigns across multiple platforms (Meta Ads, Google Ads, etc.).
• Drive social media marketing strategies for both organic and paid growth.
• Create and manage content strategies including UGC (User Generated Content) to boost engagement and brand presence.
• Build result-driven digital marketing roadmaps to ensure measurable ROI.
• Develop strong branding and business growth strategies aligned with company goals.
• Stay updated with the latest SMM trends, AI tools, and digital marketing innovations.
• Analyze campaign performance, prepare reports, and provide actionable insights.
• Collaborate with internal teams to ensure consistency in communication and brand identity.
• Knowledge of Dubai/International marketing strategies will be considered a strong plus.

Requirements

• Minimum 2+ years of proven experience in digital marketing.
• Strong knowledge in Social Media Marketing (SMM) – both organic and paid.
• Expertise in Performance Marketing (Meta Ads, Google Ads, etc.).
• Hands-on experience with content creation strategies and community building.
• Excellent skills in strategy building, communication, and branding.
• Proficiency in using AI tools for digital marketing.
• Updated knowledge of digital marketing trends, especially SMM.
• Willingness to relocate to Trivandrum and work from the office.
• Qualification: Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Digital Marketing, or equivalent.
