Social Media Manager

We are looking for a Social Media Marketing Executive with a strong background in content strategy, paid advertising, and social media management. The ideal candidate will have hands-on experience in managing brand presence across platforms and executing campaigns that drive engagement, leads, and conversions. Key Responsibilities Develop and implement content strategies aligned with brand goals Create, schedule, and manage engaging content across platforms (Facebook, Instagram, LinkedIn, etc.) Plan monthly social media calendars and campaign themes Coordinate with designers and copywriters for creative execution Manage and optimize Meta Ads (Facebook & Instagram) and Google Ads campaigns Monitor KPIs and performance metrics; prepare detailed reports Stay updated on trends, tools, and algorithm changes Engage with audiences, respond to queries, and build community engagement Requirements Minimum 2 years of proven experience in social media marketing Strong knowledge of content creation , content planning , and strategic campaign building Hands-on experience with Meta Ads Manager and Google Ads Familiarity with tools like Canva, Buffer/Hootsuite, Google Analytics, etc. Strong creative and analytical skills Excellent communication and time-management abilities Degree in Marketing, Communications, or a related field preferred Job Type: Full-time Pay: From ₹15,000.00 per month Schedule: Day shift Work Location: In person
