Social Media Manager

We are looking for a highly creative, execution-driven Social Media Manager who can own our complete digital presence end-to-end.

This is not a posting-only role. We need someone who can think, create, execute, optimize, and deliver results — especially leads and conversions.

You will be responsible for managing 3–5 social media pages, performance marketing, content creation, branding, and building a small in-house team under you.

Key Responsibilities:-

Social Media Management (A–Z)

• Handle Instagram, Facebook, YouTube, Google Business & other relevant platforms

• Plan monthly content calendars, campaigns, and brand storytelling

• Post, monitor, reply, and engage with audiences professionally

• Maintain brand consistency across all platforms

Content Creation (Shooting, Editing & Creatives)

• Shoot and edit videos & reels (studio shoots, before-after, educational, promotional)

• Create graphics, posters, banners, brochures, and creatives

• Develop high-quality visual content aligned with a premium brand image

• Coordinate shoots and manage raw content efficiently

Performance Marketing (Paid Ads)

• Plan, execute, and optimize Meta Ads & Google Ads

• Generate qualified leads for services & franchises

• Track CPL, ROAS, conversions, and continuously improve performance

• Retarget, scale winning campaigns, and control ad budgets effectively

Lead Generation & Conversion Support

• Work closely with sales/telecalling teams

• Optimize creatives & funnels to increase lead quality and conversions

• Create landing page creatives, ad copies & hooks

• Analyze data and improve campaign performance

Team Handling & Leadership

• Manage 1–2 team members (Graphic Designer / Videographer / Editor)

• Allocate work, review quality, and ensure deadlines are met

• Build SOPs and workflows for content & ads

Branding & Growth

• Build strong brand visibility and authority

• Create brochures, pitch decks, franchise creatives & marketing materials

• Bring new ideas, trends, formats, and growth strategies

• Take ownership of brand growth and digital results

Requirements

• Proven experience as a Social Media Manager / Digital Marketing Manager

• Strong hands-on knowledge of:

• Social Media Platforms

• Meta Ads & Google Ads

• Video Shooting & Editing

• Graphic Designing

• Creative mindset with business understanding

• Ability to work independently and take complete ownership

• Leadership skills to manage and guide a small team

• Experience in lead generation & performance marketing is mandatory

• Prior experience in automotive, luxury, service, or franchise brands is a plus
