Job Title: Senior Digital Marketing Executive Location: Sector-34, Chandigarh Job Type: Full-Time Experience: 2–5 Years (Preferred) Job Summary: We at Codeblend labs Pvt. Ltd. are seeking a results-driven Senior Digital Marketing Executive to lead and execute innovative digital campaigns that drive brand awareness, engagement, and conversions. The ideal candidate is highly creative, strategic, and analytical with a strong grasp of current marketing tools and trends. Key Responsibilities: Plan, execute, and optimize digital marketing campaigns across platforms (Google, Meta, LinkedIn, etc.) Develop and manage SEO/SEM, email, social media, and display advertising strategies Analyze performance metrics and adjust strategies to improve ROI and KPIs Create compelling content and coordinate with design teams to produce high-quality digital assets Monitor and manage PPC campaigns and budgets Conduct competitive analysis and stay updated on industry trends Collaborate with internal teams to align marketing strategies with business goals Manage marketing automation tools and CRM systems for lead nurturing Prepare monthly performance reports and insights for leadership Mentor and guide junior marketing team members when required Requirements: Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Communications, or related field Proven experience (2+ years) in a digital marketing role Strong knowledge of SEO, Google Ads, Meta Ads Manager, and analytics tools (Google Analytics, Search Console) Experience with email marketing tools, CRM, and marketing automation (HubSpot, Mailchimp, etc.) Excellent written and verbal communication skills Strong analytical and problem-solving skills Ability to manage multiple campaigns and deadlines effectively Preferred Skills: Certification in SEO, SMO, Google Ads, HubSpot, or similar platforms Knowledge of basic design tools (Canva, Adobe Suite) Experience in e-commerce or B2B digital strategy is a plus Salary: 18,000 to 30,000 Per month (in-hand salary) Job Types: Full-time, Permanent Pay: ₹18,000.00 - ₹30,000.00 per month Benefits: Health insurance Leave encashment Paid sick time Paid time off Schedule: Day shift Monday to Friday Supplemental Pay: Yearly bonus Ability to commute/relocate: Chandigarh, Chandigarh: Reliably commute or planning to relocate before starting work (Required) Experience: Digital marketing: 2 years (Required) Location: Chandigarh, Chandigarh (Required) Work Location: In person Expected Start Date: 02/06/2025
