Senior Digital Marketing Executive

As a Digital Marketing Executive / Sr. Executive you will be responsible for handling digital marketing activities for the company. This includes working on pay-per-click advertisements, social media marketing, and management, website management, and search engine optimization. You are given the task of increasing digital brand awareness and attracting new customers. The Digital Marketing person is a T-Shaped marketer and will be a key member of the marketing team and brings strong execution skills to significantly grow the business through various critical initiatives identified by the leadership. This will be an Individual Contributor role with strong execution skills reporting directly to the Chief Executive Officer.

What we are looking for

• Individual Contributor Role & Strong Execution skills are a must.
• A diploma or Certification in Digital marketing or a related field is preferable.
• Proven working experience in digital marketing.
• Demonstrable experience leading and managing SEO/ SEM, marketing, social media, and/or display advertising campaigns.
• Highly creative with experience in identifying target audiences and devising digital campaigns that engage, inform, and motivate.
• Experience in optimizing landing pages and user funnels.
• Solid knowledge of website analytics tools
• Working knowledge of ad-serving tools
• Experience in setting up and optimizing Google AdWords campaigns.
• Working knowledge of HTML, CSS, and JavaScript development and constraints.
• Strong analytical skills and data-driven thinking.
• Develop engaging and informative content to drive traffic and engagement through blog posts, articles, and guest posts.
• Up to date with the latest trends and best practices in online marketing and measurement.

Responsibilities

• Prepare Project Plan and execute all web, SEO/ SEM, marketing database, email, social media and display advertising campaigns.
• Design, build, and maintain our social media presence.
• Identify trends and insights and optimize spend and performance based on the insights.
• Measures and reports the performance of all digital marketing campaigns and assesses against goals (ROI and KPIs).
• Brainstorm new and creative growth strategies.
• Plan, execute, and measure experiments and conversion tests.
• Collaborate with internal teams to create landing pages and optimize the user experience.
• Utilize the strong analytical ability to evaluate end-to-end customer experience across multiple channels and customer touch points.
• Instrument conversion points and optimize user funnels.
• Collaborate with agencies and other vendor partners.
• Evaluate emerging technologies.

Digital Marketing Executive Requirements:

• Bachelor’s/ Master’s degree in marketing, Digital Marketing, or a related field.
• A minimum of 2-5 years experience in core digital marketing areas
• Highly computer literate with capability in Email, MS Office or Google Workspaces, and related business and communication tools.
• Content writing experience would be an added advantage for all media platforms.
• Proven Social Media Management and SEO expertise.
• Solid Knowledge on website and analytics tool
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
• Works well under pressure and meets tight deadlines.
• Strategic and creative mindset.
• Meticulous attention to detail.
• A portfolio of work available for review.

Pay: ₹200,000.00 - ₹450,000.00 per year
