Job Description

We are seeking a highly skilled and creative Digital Marketing Specialist to join our aesthetic clinic’s growing team. You will be responsible for creating and managing high-performing Google Ads and Meta Ads campaigns that drive patient bookings, brand awareness, and revenue growth.

This is a hands-on role ideal for someone with deep knowledge of the aesthetic and beauty industry, a passion for digital trends, and a proven track record in lead generation for services like laser treatments, injectables, body contouring, skin care, and wellness services.

Key Responsibilities: Paid Media Strategy & Execution

  • Plan, build, and manage targeted ad campaigns on Google Ads (Search, Display, YouTube) and Meta Ads (Facebook & Instagram) to promote services like Botox, fillers, laser hair removal, facials, etc.
  • Develop campaigns tailored to each treatment, audience segment, and seasonal promotion.

Lead Generation & Appointment Booking

  • Optimize ads for conversions (form submissions, calls, online bookings).
  • Create custom retargeting audiences and lookalikes to re-engage potential patients.

Content & Creative Collaboration

  • Work with graphic designers and content creators to produce compelling ad visuals and copy.
  • Align messaging with clinic tone (professional, luxury, or friendly—based on brand).

Analytics & Optimization

  • Monitor performance daily using Meta Ads Manager, Google Ads, GA4, and Google Tag Manager.
  • Analyze key metrics (CPC, CTR, ROAS, CPA, booking rate) and implement A/B tests on creatives, keywords, landing pages.
  • Create bi-weekly or monthly reports with insights and recommendations for continuous improvement.

Compliance & Branding

  • Ensure all ads comply with medical advertising guidelines, local regulations, and platform policies.
  • Maintain consistent brand voice across all campaigns.

Required Skills & Qualifications:

  • 2–4 years of experience in Google Ads and Meta Ads management, preferably in the beauty, wellness, or healthcare industry.
  • Strong understanding of local advertising, geo-targeting, and lead funnels.
  • Proficiency in:
  • Google Ads & Meta Business Suite
  • Google Analytics 4 & Tag Manager
  • Ad scheduling, budget management, and bid strategy
  • Excellent written communication for crafting ad copy with strong CTAs

Preferred but Not Required:

  • Experience working in or marketing for a medical spa, dermatology clinic, or plastic surgery practice.
  • Familiarity with CRM systems or booking platforms.
  • Meta Blueprint or Google Ads certification.

Job Types: Full-time, Part-time, Permanent

Pay: ₹16,203.31 - ₹50,000.00 per month
