This role is perfect for someone who wants to practice dermatology in a holistic, luxury wellness setting. Key Responsibilities: Cosmetic Dermatology Services: Conduct comprehensive consultations and skin assessments Perform a variety of non-invasive and minimally invasive procedures, including: Botox, dermal fillers, and biostimulators Laser treatments (IPL, fractional CO2, Nd :YAG, etc.) Micro needling, PRP, and skin rejuvenation therapies Chemical peels, acne/scar treatments, and pigmentation correction Advanced facial contouring and anti-aging treatments Body Aesthetics & Weight Management: Provide non-surgical body sculpting procedures such as: ARTIQUA, radiofrequency (RF), or ultrasound-based technologies Oversee medically supervised weight loss programs, including: Prescription of GLP-1 medications (e.g., semaglutide, tirzepatide) where appropriate Regular follow-ups to monitor progress, adjust medications, and provide motivation/support Collaborate with nutritionists and wellness coaches to deliver a fully integrated approach Qualifications: MD or DO degree with completed residency in Dermatology Board-certified or board-eligible in Dermatology Active, unrestricted medical license Minimum of 2 years’ experience in cosmetic dermatology and/or weight management preferred Certification or hands-on experience with weight loss protocols (GLP-1s, metabolic assessments, etc.) is a strong advantage Strong knowledge of aesthetic principles and facial/body anatomy Warm, approachable demeanor with outstanding communication skills Job Types: Full-time, Part-time, Permanent Pay: ₹50,000.00 - ₹150,000.00 per month Schedule: Day shift Supplemental Pay: Performance bonus Work Location: In person

You will be responsible for creating and managing high-performing Google Ads and Meta Ads campaigns that drive patient bookings, brand awareness, and revenue growth. This is a hands-on role ideal for someone with deep knowledge of the aesthetic and beauty industry , a passion for digital trends, and a proven track record in lead generation for services like laser treatments, injectables, body contouring, skin care, and wellness services . Key Responsibilities: Paid Media Strategy & Execution Plan, build, and manage targeted ad campaigns on Google Ads (Search, Display, YouTube) and Meta Ads (Facebook & Instagram) to promote services like Botox, fillers, laser hair removal, facials, etc. Develop campaigns tailored to each treatment, audience segment, and seasonal promotion. Lead Generation & Appointment Booking Optimize ads for conversions (form submissions, calls, online bookings). Create custom retargeting audiences and lookalikes to re-engage potential patients. Content & Creative Collaboration Work with graphic designers and content creators to produce compelling ad visuals and copy. Align messaging with clinic tone (professional, luxury, or friendly—based on brand). Analytics & Optimization Monitor performance daily using Meta Ads Manager , Google Ads , GA4 , and Google Tag Manager . Analyze key metrics (CPC, CTR, ROAS, CPA, booking rate) and implement A/B tests on creatives, keywords, landing pages. Compliance & Branding Ensure all ads comply with medical advertising guidelines , local regulations, and platform policies. Maintain consistent brand voice across all campaigns. Required Skills & Qualifications: 2–4 years of experience in Google Ads and Meta Ads management, preferably in the beauty, wellness, or healthcare industry.
