Digital Content & Engagement Associate

The successful applicant must have:

• Copywriting skills, communication design experience and social media expertise with specialized knowledge across LinkedIn, X etc. to develop the organization’s media and ecosystem engagement strategy.
• Expertise in content creation and branding in fields like finance, carbon markets, sustainability
• Data driven strategist with a track record of thought leadership through communication

Key Responsibilities

• Support the myriad communication needs related to building cKinetics’ broader presence and connect across the ecosystem
• Design and produce compelling content, engaging data visuals, infographics etc. for different types of communication collateral
• Copyediting & Proofreading
• Edit and proofread reports, articles, and newsletters for grammar, tone, and clarity
• Ensure content is polished and aligned with our brand voice
• Social Media Content
• Draft and schedule engaging posts across LinkedIn, Twitter/X, and other platforms
• Repurpose insights from reports and events into concise, compelling content
• Monitor social performance and contribute to evolving our content strategy
• Basic Visual Design (via Canva)
• Create clean, professional visuals for social media posts, announcements, and event promotions
• Use templates and branding guidelines to maintain visual consistency
• Assist with light formatting of slides or documents when needed
• Drive PR and outreach support with round tables, webinars, industry convenings, report releases and workshops

Candidate Requirements

• Excellent written and verbal English and Hindi language skills to enable sharp copywriting; as also strong attention to detail
• Basic design skills with comfort using Canva (no advanced graphic design required) Data visualization skills and audio-visual content experience of developing visually striking materials using Adobe, Canva and carousels
• Expertise in simplifying reports into LinkedIn carousels as also ability to leverage LinkedIn, X etc. to develop the organization’s media strategy
• Solid experience in creating (social) media campaigns with a call to action
• Organized and efficient—able to juggle multiple tasks and meet deadlines.
• Bonus: interest in climate, sustainability, or energy topics.

Academic qualifications and experience

• Preferably a Masters degree in a related field with at least 6-7 years of experience in corporate communication and social media management
