You're a DevOps engineer who prioritizes prevention over reaction. If you find satisfaction in dissecting complex legacy systems, architecting leaner solutions, and automating repetitive workflows out of existence, this role is built for you. We need a DevOps and AWS infrastructure specialist who excels in demanding environments where 99.9% uptime is non-negotiable. Your work will span a portfolio of acquired products—each with distinct challenges—as you migrate them into a unified, scalable AWS infrastructure while implementing monitoring and automation designed to minimize incidents before they occur. Most organizations ask you to support a single environment. We're asking you to unify and refine multiple environments without introducing disruption. Where others separate databases, we take a different approach: consolidating them strategically to reduce cost and improve manageability across our product suite. This position isn't for those content with routine maintenance; it's for engineers who observe fragmentation and instinctively begin designing coherence.Your ownership will extend from infrastructure migrations to AI-enhanced automation, performance optimization, database transitions, and cost management. That includes troubleshooting and resolving existing issues, orchestrating cloud migrations with minimal downtime, and using AI/ML-driven workflows to automate significant portions of your workload. You'll hold genuine decision-making authority over infrastructure—no delays waiting for sign-offs from stakeholders unfamiliar with the technical realities. If you're a self-directed problem-solver energized by transforming tangled systems into high-performing infrastructure, this role offers exactly that opportunity. If you require constant guidance, struggle with diverse technology stacks, or favor greenfield projects over creating structure from complexity, this environment won't suit you. If you're prepared to own a high-impact infrastructure position with the freedom to build, refine, and automate at scale, submit your application today.
What You Will Be Doing

- Architecting and deploying monitoring strategies while creating automation for monitoring systems, software releases, and operational processes
- Conducting system monitoring, backup operations, incident management, database migrations, database setup, and cost reduction initiatives
What You Won’t Be Doing
- Spending your time in Jira and status meetings - we prioritize those who deliver solutions, not simply document issues

- Operating within narrow technical boundaries - this position demands both wide-ranging knowledge and technical depth
- Justifying budget for essential infrastructure work - we recognize the value of infrastructure investment
