About the Role

Senior DevOps Engineer

CI/CD automation, secure data transfer, scripting, and infrastructure management

Key Responsibilities

• Manage, configure, and optimize

  Managed File Transfer (MFT)

  systems.
• Design and automate

  file transfer workflows

  using scripting (Python, PowerShell, or Bash) and CI/CD pipelines.
• Develop and maintain

  secure data exchange processes

  between internal systems, external partners, and cloud services.
• Implement and manage

  encryption standards

  (PGP, SSL/TLS, SSH keys) to ensure secure data transmission.
• Build and maintain

  CI/CD pipelines

  for infrastructure and automation deployments (GitHub Actions, Azure DevOps, or Jenkins).
• Collaborate with development, integration, and infrastructure teams to streamline file transfer and deployment automation.

• Administer

  Windows/Linux servers

  Microsoft IIS

  , and related services for hosting and automation tasks.
• Monitor and troubleshoot

  file transfer issues

  , perform root cause analysis, and implement preventive measures.

Required Skills & Experience

• 4–6 years of experience in

  DevOps, Infrastructure Automation, or Application Deployment

  .
• Hands-on experience with

  CI/CD tools

  – GitHub Actions, Jenkins, Azure DevOps, or GitLab CI.
• Strong understanding of

  secure data transfer protocols

  – FTP, SFTP, FTPS, HTTP/S.
• Experience with

  encryption technologies

  – PGP, SSL/TLS certificates, SSH key management.
• Solid scripting experience using

  PowerShell

  ,

  Bash

  Python

  for automation.
• Working knowledge of

  Windows Server and/or Linux administration

• Familiarity with

  networking concepts

  – ports, firewalls, proxies, DNS, and VPN.
• Exposure to

  infrastructure automation

• Strong problem-solving skills and ability to analyze logs, debug connectivity, and troubleshoot integration issues.
• Familiarity with

  IIS, Nginx, or Apache

  for application or FTP hosting.
