Job Summary: We are seeking a proactive and experienced Service Desk Executive to manage and resolve support tickets for our clients through the ServiceNow platform. The ideal candidate should have prior experience supporting international clients, particularly in the UK time zone , and possess excellent communication skills in English. This is an immediate joiner position. Key Responsibilities: Monitor, manage, and resolve incoming IT service tickets using ServiceNow . Provide L1 and basic L2 support for user issues related to hardware, software, network, and systems. Ensure timely and professional communication with clients in the UK time zone . Escalate complex issues to the appropriate internal teams and follow up until resolution. Maintain accurate documentation of incidents, service requests, and resolutions. Ensure SLAs are met and adhere to quality standards in customer support. Provide regular updates to clients and internal stakeholders on ticket progress. Collaborate with internal IT and development teams for issue resolution and continuous improvement. Required Skills and Qualifications: 2–4 years of proven experience as a Service Desk Executive / IT Support Executive . Hands-on experience with ServiceNow or similar ticketing systems. Strong understanding of IT support processes and tools. Excellent verbal and written communication skills in English . Ability to work independently and collaboratively in a team. Comfortable working in UK time zone (mandatory). Ability to join immediately (no notice period or max 7 days).

The ideal candidate should have a strong functional understanding of HR processes along with hands-on experience in configuring, implementing, and supporting various SAP SuccessFactors modules. Key Responsibilities: Implement and support SAP SuccessFactors modules, including Employee Central , Time Off , EC Payroll , LMS , Onboarding 2.0 , and Offboarding . Manage and support SAP HCM modules such as Personnel Administration , Organizational Management , and Payroll . Design and execute integration strategies between SAP SF and other enterprise systems. Collaborate with business stakeholders to gather requirements and translate them into system configurations. Provide expert-level support for issue resolution, enhancements, and performance optimization. Assist in user training, UAT, and documentation. Participate in project planning, blueprinting, and cutover planning for SF implementations. Required Skills & Experience: 3–5 years of HR functional domain experience with strong business process understanding. 3–5 years of hands-on experience in SAP SuccessFactors implementation and support. Experience in Employee Central , Time Off , EC Payroll , Learning Management System , Onboarding 2.0 , and Offboarding would be added advantage.
