Senior DevOps Engineer – Cloud & ReactJS Applications

Role Summary

We are hiring a Senior DevOps Engineer with hands-on experience in cloud infrastructure, automation, and modern web applications. You will be responsible for migrating legacy systems to containerized cloud platforms, building and improving CI/CD pipelines, and ensuring robust deployment, monitoring, and scalability on AWS. Experience with React JS development is highly preferred.

Responsibilities:

Cloud & DevOps:

• Modernize existing infrastructure into cloud-native, containerized environments.
• Shift CI/CD workflows from Jenkins to GitHub Actions and improve deployment efficiency.
• Maintain and optimize Jenkins pipelines and Ansible automation scripts.
• Deploy and manage AWS CloudFormation templates while ensuring security and compliance.
• Build and maintain GitHub Actions workflows for deployment automation.
• Develop, configure, and manage Helm charts for Kubernetes workloads.
• Manage application release cycles effectively.
• Deploy and administer Kubernetes (Amazon EKS) clusters, including:
• Container image management using Amazon ECR
• Automated scaling and deployment of applications
• Monitoring with logging, metrics, and tracing
• Networking and cluster security configuration
• Set up infrastructure monitoring with tools like CloudWatch, Grafana, etc.
• Participate in incident management, preferably using PagerDuty.
• Manage artifacts in JFrog Artifactory and automate workflows via GitHub Actions.
• Automate AWS S3 object uploads/downloads and manage IAM policies and roles.
• Configure DNS and network settings in AWS.

Web Application Development (ReactJS):

• Develop scalable ReactJS applications and Single Page Applications (SPA).
• Manage application state using Redux, React Context, or similar libraries.
• Analyze and enhance existing codebases while maintaining performance.
• Create reusable UI components, following best practices like Atomic Design where applicable.
• Use Webpack or alternative bundlers for application builds.
• Deploy React applications across multiple environments.
• Work with TypeScript for robust, maintainable code (preferred).
• Apply functional programming principles where relevant.
• Implement styling using SCSS, SASS, or styled-components.
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams and document solutions clearly.
• Deliver business-focused, efficient software solutions following best engineering practices.

Required Skills

• 4 years of experience in DevOps and web application development.
• Hands-on expertise in AWS Cloud, Kubernetes (EKS), Docker, CI/CD pipelines, and infrastructure automation.
• Strong proficiency in ReactJS ecosystem (Redux, Context, Webpack, TypeScript, SCSS).
• Excellent problem-solving, debugging, and communication skills.
• Ability to manage multiple tasks and deliver high-quality results under deadlines.

Job Type: Contractual / Temporary

Pay: ₹700,000.00 - ₹1,200,000.00 per year
