We are hiring a Senior Developer who can take full ownership of software architecture and project delivery, while also mentoring and guiding a team of developers. Key Responsibilities: Lead the development of scalable web applications using the MERN stack Define and manage software architecture and coding standards Conduct code reviews, manage sprints, and oversee task planning Mentor and support junior/mid-level developers on best practices Ensure high code quality, security, and performance Collaborate with clients and internal teams for smooth execution Stay updated with emerging tech, especially AI tools and APIs Required Skills: Strong hands-on experience with MongoDB, Express.js, React.js, and Node.js Proficiency with Git , REST APIs , Docker , PM2 , Nginx , and CI/CD tools (e.g., GitHub Actions) Exposure to cloud platforms like AWS or GCP Familiarity or working experience with AI tools/APIs such as OpenAI, Langchain, etc. Leadership experience in handling development teams and task assignments Excellent problem-solving, communication, and time-management skills Knowledge of Agile methodologies and sprint-based delivery Eligibility Criteria: 3–5 years of hands-on experience in web development Prior experience mentoring or managing developers Must be willing to work full-time from our Bhopal office What We Offer: High-ownership role with leadership opportunities A collaborative, innovation-driven team culture Exposure to international clients and diverse projects Growth-focused learning environment Show more Show less
