What You Will Be Doing

Architect & Deliver Impact: Transform concepts into reality by designing, developing, and deploying full-stack features that enhance our educational platforms

Basic Requirements

Proven track record of 4+ years building production-grade web applications across the full stack
Demonstrated leadership in owning and delivering complete product features or modules
Self-starter mentality with the ability to navigate uncertainty and drive solutions independently
Hands-on experience integrating generative AI tools into development workflows

Working with us

This is a full-time (40 hours per week), long-term position. The position is immediately available and requires entering into an independent contractor agreement with Crossover as a Contractor of Record. The compensation level for this role is $50 USD/hour, which equates to $100,000 USD/year assuming 40 hours per week and 50 weeks per year. The payment period is weekly.
