We are seeking a highly skilled Senior Data Scientist to join a dynamic, data-driven team focused on transforming insights into actionable strategies. In this role, you will work on innovative R&D projects, develop new data products, and improve measurement and targeting methodologies. You will analyze complex datasets, create predictive models, and deliver insights that drive business decisions. Accountabilities
- Lead R&D projects and contribute to new data product development
- Design and implement methodologies for measurement products, user identification, and data quality improvement
- Analyze large datasets to extract actionable insights and support business decision-making
- Automate data visualization and reporting to improve accessibility, accuracy, and speed
- Collaborate with internal teams to deliver timely and accurate reporting for both internal and external stakeholders
- Evaluate and integrate additional data partners and assets for identity resolution, targeting, and measurement
- Serve as a subject matter expert to guide internal teams in platform capabilities and best practices
Requirements
- Bachelor's degree in Business Intelligence, Analytics, or a related field. Advanced degrees are a plus
- 4-5+ years of professional experience in SQL, Python, data analysis, and statistics
- Proficiency in Excel, including pivot tables, VLOOKUP, formulas, and functions
- Experience with experimentation methods and statistical modeling to support product development and optimization
- Strong ability to organize and synthesize large datasets to identify trends and communicate insights effectively
- Willingness to work 3:30 PM-12:30 AM IST; fully remote within India
- Preferred: ELT experience, familiarity with Tableau/Looker/PowerBI, experience in automation, programmatic/adtech knowledge, or health-related datasets
- Strong problem-solving, project management, and cross-functional collaboration skills
