About the Role: We are looking for a driven and analytical Data Analyst with hands-on experience in SQL and Python , who is also comfortable working directly with clients. The ideal candidate will help translate business requirements into data-driven insights and support the client’s data needs by delivering high-quality analyses, reports, and visualizations. You will be responsible for analyzing large datasets, crafting actionable recommendations, and effectively communicating results to both technical and non-technical stakeholders. Key Responsibilities: Gather, clean, and analyze data from various sources using SQL and Python (Pandas, NumPy). Develop reports and dashboards using tools like Power BI or Tableau to drive informed decision-making. Work closely with clients to understand business requirements, manage expectations, and present data findings clearly and confidently. Develop and maintain data pipelines, queries, and automated scripts to improve efficiency. Identify trends, patterns, and actionable insights to support business growth and strategy. Collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure timely and accurate delivery of client projects. Conduct data validation and ensure the accuracy and integrity of datasets. Document processes, solutions, and best practices for future reference. Required Skills & Qualifications: 6+years of experience in data analytics or a similar role. Strong proficiency in SQL (writing complex queries, joins, subqueries) and Python (Pandas, NumPy, data manipulation). Experience with data visualization tools like Power BI or Tableau . Proven experience in handling client communications and translating client requirements into actionable data solutions. Strong problem-solving skills, attention to detail, and ability to work independently and as part of a team. Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
