Join us as a Senior Customer Success Manager within our Customer Success Team at Hyderabad office to embark on a career where you can make a significant impact in our journey of enabling retail in India. As a highly experienced and motivated individual with a minimum of 6 years of Customer Success experience, you will play a crucial role in managing and retaining high-value clients. Your responsibilities will include building strong relationships with key stakeholders, serving as the primary point of contact for strategic customers, and developing customer success plans to drive adoption and retention. Your key responsibilities will involve: - Building and maintaining strong relationships with key stakeholders within assigned high ticket accounts. - Serving as the primary point of contact for strategic customers, ensuring their needs are met and expectations are exceeded. - Developing and executing customer success plans, including onboarding, training, and ongoing support. - Proactively identifying and addressing customer challenges, providing solutions and recommendations to drive customer success. - Collaborating with cross-functional teams to ensure a seamless customer experience. - Conducting regular business reviews with customers to review performance, identify areas for improvement, and present new opportunities. - Monitoring customer health metrics and proactively addressing any red flags to prevent churn. - Acting as a customer advocate, providing feedback and insights to drive product enhancements and improvements. - Staying up-to-date with industry trends and best practices in customer success management. To qualify for this role, you should possess: - A Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Accounts, or a related field. - Minimum of 6 years of experience in a customer success role, preferably in a SaaS company. - Proven track record of managing and retaining high-value customers. - Excellent communication and interpersonal skills. - Strong problem-solving and analytical skills. - Self-motivation and results-oriented mindset. - Proficiency in CRM software and other customer success tools. - Willingness to travel as needed. - Language Proficiency in Tamil and Telugu.
