As a Tech Support Engineer in the Tech Success team at our Kolkata office, you will have the opportunity to contribute to our mission of enabling retail in India. Whether you are a fresher or an experienced professional, you will play a crucial role in maintaining, enhancing, and troubleshooting existing .NET applications. Your strong background in .NET development, attention to detail, and proactive problem-solving skills will be instrumental in ensuring the optimal functionality and performance of these applications. Your responsibilities will include collaborating with cross-functional teams to understand application requirements, analyzing and resolving issues in existing .NET applications, participating in code reviews, working closely with the testing team to address software defects, implementing software enhancements based on project specifications, and staying updated on industry trends and best practices. Additionally, you will work with system architects to design and implement scalable solutions and maintain codebase to meet evolving project requirements and industry standards. To succeed in this role, you should possess a Bachelor's degree in Computer Science or a related field, proven experience as a .NET Developer focusing on maintenance projects, proficiency in C#, ASP.NET, and related technologies, the ability to work collaboratively in a team environment, and strong communication skills. Certification in Microsoft technologies, experience with front-end technologies like HTML, CSS, and JavaScript, and knowledge of web services and RESTful APIs are desirable.
