Position:KYC & Fraud Analyst – Voice Support (US/UK Banking Process)Key Responsibilities

• Handle inbound and outbound calls with US/UK customers for compliance verification.
• Perform KYC checks, AML screening, sanctions checks, and fraud investigations as per regulatory standards.
• Identify, analyze, and escalate suspicious transactions.
• Ensure timely and accurate case resolutions with complete documentation.
• Coordinate with internal Risk, Compliance, and Fraud teams for escalated or complex cases.
• Maintain high standards of data accuracy and service quality.

Eligibility Criteria

• Education: Graduate (Any Stream) – Mandatory
• Experience:
• Minimum 1 year of experience in an international banking process (mandatory).
• Prior experience in KYC / AML / Fraud (Banking or BPO) is mandatory.
• Skills:
• Excellent English communication (Voice Process).
• Strong analytical and investigation skills.
• Attention to detail and compliance-oriented mindset.
• Comfortable with rotational US shifts including nights.

Mandatory Compliance Requirements

• Employment history will be verified through UAN (EPFO employment records).
• Candidates must provide all required documents, including:
• Previous Offer Letters / Relieving Letters / Experience Letters
• 3–6 months Bank Statements showing salary credits
• Salary Slips from previous employers
• Strong background verification is essential
