About The Opportunity

This opportunity invites a seasoned professional to join our on-site team in India, where precision, analytical rigor, and strategic thinking drive impactful business decisions.Role & Responsibilities
  • Conduct comprehensive credit risk assessments and financial analyses to evaluate borrower creditworthiness.
  • Review financial statements, credit reports, and market trends to establish accurate risk profiles.
  • Develop and refine credit models and scoring systems to support strategic decision-making.
  • Prepare detailed credit reports and presentations to communicate analytical insights to senior management.
  • Ensure strict adherence to regulatory standards, internal policies, and industry best practices.
  • Collaborate with internal teams and external stakeholders to continuously optimize credit evaluation processes.

Skills & Qualifications

  • Must-Have: Bachelor’s degree in Finance, Economics, or related field with a minimum of 5+ years of experience in credit analysis.
  • Must-Have: Proven expertise in conducting in-depth financial analyses and credit risk assessments.
  • Must-Have: Strong understanding of regulatory frameworks, banking standards, and credit policies.
  • Preferred: Advanced proficiency in financial software, Excel, and SQL for data analysis.
  • Preferred: Professional certifications such as CFA or FRM to validate specialized credit expertise.
  • Preferred: Excellent communication and stakeholder management skills with a track record in a dynamic on-site environment.
