Job Description

As a Senior Corporate Manager in Insurance Sales, your role involves overseeing and driving corporate business operations, managing key client relationships, and ensuring revenue growth through strategic partnerships and business development initiatives. You will be responsible for planning, executing, and coordinating across teams to deliver comprehensive insurance or financial solutions tailored to corporate clients. Key Responsibilities: - Develop and implement strategic business plans to achieve corporate sales and revenue targets. - Identify, acquire, and manage large corporate clients for group and non-group insurance products. - Collaborate with insurance companies and underwriters for product structuring, premium negotiations, and policy renewals. - Supervise the preparation and delivery of corporate proposals, tenders, and RFP responses. - Lead and mentor the corporate sales and support teams, ensuring productivity and performance excellence. - Build and maintain strong client relationships, ensuring high levels of satisfaction and retention. - Conduct business reviews and presentations with key clients and internal stakeholders. - Coordinate with operations, claims, and finance teams to ensure seamless service delivery and issue resolution. - Monitor market trends, competitor activities, and emerging client needs to identify new business opportunities. - Maintain accurate and updated MIS, performance dashboards, and business reports for management review. - Ensure compliance with regulatory norms and company policies across all activities. Qualifications: - Graduate / Postgraduate in Business Administration, Finance, or Insurance Management. - 2-10 years of experience in corporate sales, insurance broking, or business development (preferably in non-motor / group insurance segment). - Professional certifications such as IRDA, III, or equivalent preferred. In this role, you are expected to possess strong knowledge of corporate insurance / financial products and market practices, excellent leadership, negotiation, and relationship management skills, strategic thinking with a focus on business growth and client satisfaction, exceptional communication and presentation abilities, strong analytical, reporting, and problem-solving skills, and proficiency in MS Office, CRM tools, and data management systems.,
