Roles and Responsibilities :

  • Develop and execute business strategies to drive revenue growth through B2B sales of payment solutions.
  • Manage a team of sales professionals to achieve targets, providing guidance on lead generation, client acquisition, and retention.
  • Build strong relationships with clients by understanding their needs and delivering tailored solutions for merchant acquiring services.
  • Identify new business opportunities through networking events, industry conferences, and market research.

Job Requirements :

  • Proven track record in generating leads, closing deals, and managing teams for successful client acquisition.
  • Strong knowledge of merchant acquiring processes and ability to communicate complex technical information effectively to non-technical stakeholders.
  • Excellent communication skills with the ability to build rapport at all levels.
