Post graduation will have an added advantage Salary :: As per the Industry standard Job Type :: Full Time Location :: Based at Ahmedabad, travel to PAN India for job related work Prefer Male candidates only Role Description  * To Handle an insurance claim from start to finish. Needs to coordinate with clients and insurance companies both for smooth claim settlement. * Handling claim notification, registration, reserving of claims, and customer queries, complaints, coordination, etc. * Resolving the escalations of the client and maintaining good relations with the clients. * Manage all aspects of the day-to-day operations of claims production. * Establishes proof of loss by studying documentation and assembling additional information from outside sources. * Documents specific claims by completing and recording forms, reports, logs, and records. * Analyses insurance claims to prevent fraud. * Prepares reports by collecting, analyzing, and summarizing information. * Resolves claims by approving or denying documentation, calculating benefits due, and determining compensation settlement. * Protects operations by keeping claims information confidential. * Maintains a good relationship with insurance departments.
