Job Description

Roles and Responsibilities :

  • Develop and execute business development strategies to drive revenue growth through client acquisition, retention, and upselling/cross-selling opportunities.
  • Manage a team of sales professionals to achieve monthly/quarterly targets in digital, print, radio, and outdoor advertising sales.
  • Identify new business opportunities by building relationships with key decision-makers at existing clients and identifying referral sources.
  • Analyze market trends, competitor activity, and customer needs to develop targeted sales pitches.

Job Requirements :

  • 10-15 years of experience in B2B sales or corporate sales within the media industry (advertising & marketing).
  • Proven track record of success in client acquisition, retention, revenue generation, and team management.
  • Strong understanding of digital sales platforms such as social media advertising networks.
