Your Role: Senior Copywriter We’re looking for an exceptional writer with a proven background in premium beauty , wellness , and science-led brands . You should be a master of storytelling, equally at home writing a short email subject line or a long-form educational blog. Your copy should inspire trust, emotion, and desire—while communicating complex ideas with elegance and clarity. Key Responsibilities 1. Brand & Product Copywriting Write sharp, compelling copy for product pages, landing pages, paid ads, packaging, and campaign assets. Translate scientific data and Ayurvedic wisdom into benefit-led, emotionally resonant messaging. Shape and evolve the brand voice to match premium positioning and deep expertise. 2. Emails & CRM Flows Develop engaging, on-brand lifecycle emails: welcome series, education flows, loyalty journeys, and promotions. Collaborate with the lifecycle and retention team to optimize open rates, CTR, and conversions through copy. 3. Blogs & Long-form Editorial Research and write science-backed blog posts and educational content that blends storytelling with credibility. Bring complex topics (like adaptogens, biotech innovation, or Ayurvedic rituals) to life in a fresh, accessible tone. 4. Social Media Copy & Captions Craft thumb-stopping copy for Instagram posts, stories, reels, and ads. Align messaging with visual direction to drive engagement and community growth. 5. Brand Voice Guardianship Maintain and expand our tone-of-voice guidelines to ensure consistency across all customer touchpoints. Edit and polish content from other team members or freelancers when needed. Requirements 3+ years of copywriting experience in premium/ luxury beauty AND science-first brands is a must. A strong portfolio that demonstrates your ability to write emotionally engaging and performance-driven content across channels. Exceptional command of English. Native or near-native fluency required. Experience in email marketing and blog writing is essential. Ability to synthesize scientific, botanical, or clinical information into elegant consumer language.
