Creative Copywriter

 

Key Responsibilities

  • Write

    engaging, persuasive, and brand-aligned scripts

    for video & static creatives for paid Ads (Meta, YouTube, Google, etc.).
  • Collaborate with the

    design and video teams

    to bring ad ideas to life.
  • Generate

    scroll-stopping ideas

    for creatives that drive conversions and brand recall.
  • Conduct

    A/B testing

    of ad messaging to identify what resonates best with our target audience.
  • Stay updated with

    trends in ad creatives, social media behavior, and competitors.

  • Translate

    product USPs

    into compelling hooks, emotional triggers, and CTA-driven messaging.
  • Work closely with the

    performance marketing team

    to optimize ad copies based on data insights.
  • Transform

    product benefits & customer pain-points

    into emotionally engaging stories and ad hooks.
  • Experiment with

    new ad angles, formats, and storytelling styles

    to connect with health-conscious individuals (25–45 years).
  • Keep track of

    trends in health & wellness, social media, and ad creative best practices.

 

What We’re Looking For (Must-Haves)

  • Proven

    experience in writing ad copy/scripts

    , especially for Meta ads.
  • Strong grasp of

    consumer psychology, ad funnels, and CTA placement.

  • Ability to adapt tone: quirky, premium, emotional, informative – based on product & audience.
  • Basic knowledge of

    short-form video content structure (5–30 seconds).

  • Creative mindset with the ability to

    brainstorm new formats, hooks, and storytelling styles.

  • Skilled in writing

    short, crisp, impactful copy

    for reels, carousels, and static ads.
  • Strong understanding of

    Meta ads structure

    : Hook → Problem → Solution → CTA.
  • Awareness of building

    trust and credibility in the health niche.

 

Bonus Points If You Have

  • Experience in

    D2C or e-commerce brand copywriting.

  • Familiarity with

    ad performance metrics

    (CTR, CPA, ROAS).
  • Experience working with

    video editors or content creators.

  • Portfolio of

    top-performing ad creatives.
