Senior Copywriter

As a Senior Copywriter at our company based in Vadodara, you will play a key role in collaborating with the Client Servicing team to comprehend client requirements and interpret briefs with strategic clarity. Your primary responsibility will be to translate brand and marketing objectives into creative concepts that deeply resonate with the target audience. Leading ideation sessions with the creative team, you will brainstorm compelling and original ideas that align with the client's objectives. You will then present these concepts along with your strategic thinking to Creative Heads and Art Directors for feedback and alignment. Your expertise will be essential in crafting clear, persuasive, and brand-aligned messaging across various platforms including print, digital, social, TV, OOH, and radio. Additionally, you will be tasked with developing scripts for commercials, corporate films, explainer videos, and branded content, as well as creating slogans, taglines, and thematic frameworks that enhance brand recall. As a Senior Copywriter, you will also be responsible for editing and refining content to ensure quality, consistency, and grammatical accuracy. Incorporating feedback from clients and internal stakeholders with maturity and precision will be a crucial part of your role. Collaborating closely with designers and art teams, you will work to align copy with visuals and design direction. Furthermore, overseeing the output of junior writers, guiding their development, and ensuring the team delivers high-quality work will be within your purview. You will be expected to confidently and convincingly present concepts, rationales, and creative directions to clients, collaborating during the feedback loop to ensure smooth revisions and timely delivery. Staying updated on branding, advertising, and cultural trends will also be vital to keeping our work fresh and relevant, as well as bringing innovative thinking to campaigns by tapping into new formats and storytelling techniques.
