Key Responsibilities

  • Write clear, engaging, persuasive copy for multiple formats — digital, social media, emailers, landing pages, websites, print collateral, scripts (video), etc.
  • Collaborate with art directors, designers, strategists, account, and medical teams to ideate and execute integrated creative concepts.
  • Adapt tone & voice according to brand guidelines, campaign needs, and audience (HCPs, patients, general public).
  • Edit and proofread copy to high standards (grammar, style, consistency).
  • Incorporate feedback from stakeholders (internal, clients) and produce revised versions within time constraints.
  • Conduct content/market research and stay updated on industry trends, healthcare/pharma/wellness domain knowledge.
  • Ensure compliance with regulatory/legal/medical review requirements when applicable.
  • Support creative planning, ideation sessions, brainstorming, and pitch collateral.


Required Qualifications & Skills

  • Bachelor’s degree in English, Journalism, Communications, Advertising, Life Sciences, or related field.
  • 3 to 5 years of experience as a copywriter (ideally in agencies or the healthcare / regulated domain).
  • Strong portfolio showcasing diverse work (campaign copy, social, digital, scripts, etc.).
  • Excellent command of English — grammar, style, clarity.
  • Ability to write with creative spark but also discipline (deadline‑driven).
  • Good understanding of digital/social media content trends, formats, SEO/keywords (preferred).
  • Ability to take feedback positively and iterate quickly.
  • Good conceptual thinking — not just executing but improving briefs.
  • Comfortable working across cross-functional teams.
