Community management Actively engage with potential consumers on social media to foster meaningful interactions and drive conversions. Serve as the brand’s voice, responding to customer inquiries via email and social media, ensuring a seamless and positive experience. 2. Influencer Marketing Identify and build relationships with micro and nano influencers in Switzerland, Germany. Manage and nurture influencer collaborations, ensuring successful execution of campaigns that drive strong KPIs. Analyze performance, identify areas for improvement, and experiment with new approaches to maximize impact and results. 3. Customer engagement. Lead the VEDIC LAB "High value customer" program to form a strong relationship with our top customers. We are looking for a dynamic OPERATIONS/ SUPPLY CHAIN LEAD who will play a crucial role in the next chapter of our brand. What you will do? As Operations Manager at VEDIC LAB®, you will play a pivotal role in designing, implementing, and optimizing our supply chain operations from raw materials sourcing right through to manufacturing and distribution to our customers. You will be responsible for ensuring the seamless flow of products from suppliers to customers while constantly driving cost and lead time efficiencies, as well as sustainability initiatives. This position reports directly to the CEO. Key Responsibilities: Supply Chain Strategy : Develop and execute the overall supply chain strategy aligned with the company's goals and objectives, focusing on cost-effectiveness, scalability and flexibility to accommodate growth and market changes. Sourcing and Procurement : Oversee sourcing activities, supplier selection and relationships, negotiation, and contract management to ensure continuous availability of high-quality materials at competitive prices. Inventory Management : Forecasting, modelling and managing stock requirements across our various sales channels to ensure we’re always well covered to meet customer needs whilst keeping the supply chain as lean as possible. Demand and Production Planning : Collaborate with commercial teams for accurate estimation of demand. Liaise with manufacturing partner to develop production plans to ensure timely completion of manufacturing activities based on the estimated demand. Logistics and Distribution : Manage our warehouse and logistics partners to manage timely distribution operations to streamline the movement of goods, reduce lead times, and enhance customer satisfaction. Financial management : As the owner of supply chain P&L, you will be responsible to monitor all costs associated with the end to end supply chain (both fixed and variable) to ensure the GP margin stays within the targets.
