We are looking for a dynamic Community Manager to lead 1:1 communication with customers, online community and influencers while contributing to key projects that drive brand growth. Community management Actively engage with potential consumers on social media to foster meaningful interactions and drive conversions. Serve as the brand’s voice, responding to customer inquiries via email and social media, ensuring a seamless and positive experience. 2. Influencer Marketing Identify and build relationships with micro and nano influencers in Switzerland, Germany. Manage and nurture influencer collaborations, ensuring successful execution of campaigns that drive strong KPIs. Analyze performance, identify areas for improvement, and experiment with new approaches to maximize impact and results. 3. Customer engagement. Lead the VEDIC LAB "High value customer" program to form a strong relationship with our top customers. Ensure all customer queries are answered timely, thoroughly and with impact in a manner that reflects VEDIC LAB's quality standards and ethos. 4. Other marketing projects Contribute to various marketing initiatives, working closely with the VEDIC LAB team as needed. Identify new opportunities to lead and drive impactful results. Skills required Fluency in English (written and spoken) is mandatory. Exceptional communication skills, with the ability to create an engaging and positive brand presence. Customer-focused with a problem-solving mindset, ensuring an outstanding brand experience. Experience in influencer marketing or brand partnerships. Ability to thrive in a fast-paced, dynamic environment, quickly adapting to new challenges and driving innovation. Highly organized and detail-oriented, capable of managing multiple tasks efficiently with a collaborative and inspiring approach. Previous experience in beauty, skincare, or wellness industries is a plus. VEDIC LAB is a breakthrough brand making a significant impact in beauty and wellness.
