Key Responsibilities

• Build, manage, and expand a strong influencer community.
• Develop and maintain long-term relationships with community members.
• Organize meet-ups, campaigns, and collaboration initiatives.
• Act as the key link between the brand and influencers.
• Monitor community sentiment and share actionable insights.
• Handle communication, engagement, and conflict resolution.
• Travel within Jaipur and nearby regions for events and activations.

Requirements

• Experience as a Community Manager, Social Media Manager, or in PR/Influencer management.
• Excellent communication (verbal & written) and interpersonal skills.
• Strong leadership, organizational, and people management abilities.
• Proactive, approachable, and adaptable personality.
• Comfortable with frequent travel.
