Community Manager

As a Community Manager at our organization located in Calicut, you will have the opportunity to engage with multiple communities including school alumni, students, and experts. Your key responsibilities will involve monitoring conversations, creating engaging programs, and building relationships within the community. You will collaborate with the marketing team to develop campaigns that resonate with the community and drive engagement. Additionally, you will be responsible for sharing industry news, updates, and relevant content to foster a sense of belonging among community members. Identifying growth opportunities for the community through partnerships, events, and engagement strategies will also be a part of your role. Monitoring community growth, analyzing trends, and providing reports on engagement metrics will help inform strategic decisions. Your involvement in organizing and executing virtual or in-person events such as webinars, meetups, or workshops will be crucial. Ensuring a successful experience for community members before, during, and after events is essential for building a strong community. As a brand ambassador, you will promote our organization's values and voice through community interactions. Encouraging user-generated content and testimonials to enhance brand loyalty and advocacy will also be part of your responsibilities. Tracking community engagement metrics, feedback, and overall satisfaction to inform strategy adjustments is vital. You will provide regular reports on community activities, growth, and engagement to the marketing leadership team. To qualify for this role, you should hold a Bachelor's degree in Digital Marketing or a related field, along with at least 1 year of experience in community management, social media management, or a related role. Strong understanding of social media platforms, community engagement, and online content creation is necessary. Excellent written and verbal communication skills, the ability to work independently, manage multiple projects simultaneously, and a proactive, positive, and adaptable personality are key attributes for success in this position.
